Andy is an accomplished OD practitioner with in depth experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Andy started his career in Financial Services, where he was responsible for graduate recruitment, leadership development, and talent & succession as a consultant within a large UK Bank.

Andy has spent the last few years working for a private OD consultancy in the UK, where he has led leadership, change and relationship management programs across telecoms, criminal justice, financial services, highways infrastructure, public services and not for profit sector clients.

Andy is a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and has a BA (Hons) Business Studies and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. He holds a number of psychometric qualifications including OPQ, FIRO B, MBTI Step I & II, and Hogan MVPI. Andy is an experienced performance and personal development coach, specialising in cognitive behavioural coaching approaches, and has a Certificate in Coaching Practice accredited through Middlesex University.

Andy has an energetic and engaging facilitation style, and is involved in a number of leadership, coaching, relationship management and emotional intelligence programs across numerous clients at Maximus.
